'Hundreds-strong' mob of masked men rampage through Stockholm station beating up refugee children in revenge attack for female asylum centre worker killed by Somali 'boy'

By Sara Malm and Gianluca Mezzofiore For Mailonline

Published: 20:33 EST, 30 January 2016 | Updated: 01:06 EST, 31 January 2016

A mob of black-clad masked men went on a rampage in and around Stockholm's main train station last night beating up refugees and anyone who did not look like they were ethnically Swedish.

Before the attack, the group of 200 people handed out xenophobic [EDIT: POLITICAL] leaflets with the message 'Enough now'.

Swedish media reported that the thugs, allegedly linked to Sweden's football hooligan scene, were targeting unaccompanied minors with a 'foreign' background. [comment:  now Daily Mail is repeating Swedish media's unsubstantiated propaganda? ... Shame.  Give us the facts and not the bullsh*t, DM. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS THE SAME SWEDISH MEDIA THAT IS KNOWN FOR COVERING UP MOB RAPES OF SWEDISH GIRLS BY IMMIGRANTS.  SO SPARE US THE BULLSH*T, WE'RE NOT STUPID.]

The mob, wearing all-black balaclavas and armbands, 'gathered with the purpose of attacking refugee children' Stockholm police spokesman Towe Hagg said.  [Comment:  these 'children' may well be MEN ANYWHERE UP TO 40 YEARS OLD -- Look it up.  The authorities do not establish identity and do not bother with age of these 'children' UNLESS THEY LOOK OVER 40 YEARS OLD.]

'Police are now looking into the leaflets that were handed out by masked people before the attack'.

Authorities confirmed that at least 40-50 people went on a rampage at 9pm on Friday night attacking migrants.

Witnesses told Aftonbladet newspaper that they saw a gang of black-clad thugs attacking refugees at the station.

'I saw maybe three people who were beaten. That was no football brawl or something similar. They targeted migrants. I was quite scared and ran away,' a witness said.

The leaflet handed out before the attack refers to the alleged murder of Alexandra Mehzer, a 22-year-old aid worker knifed to death at the child centre where she worked in Molndal, Sweden.

A Somali-born 15-year-old migrant has been accused of killing her during a fight between two asylum-seekers.

'All over the country, reports are pouring in that the police can no longer cope with preventing and investigating the crimes which strike the Swedish people,' reads the leaflet.  [comment:  the police themselves have publicly CONFIRMED THIS.]

'In some cases, for example, in the latest murder of a woman employed at a home for so called ‘unaccompanied minor refugees’ in Molndal, it goes as far as the National Police Commissioner choosing to show more sympathy for the perpetrator than the victim,' it continues.

'But we refuse to accept the repeated assaults and harrassment against Swedish women.'

'We refuse to accept the destruction of our once to safe society. When our political leadership and police show more sympathy for murderers than for their victims, there are no longer any excuses to let it happen without protest.'

'When Swedish streets are no longer safe to walk on for normal Swedes, it is our DUTY to fix the problem,' the leaflet reads.

'This is why, today, 200 Swedish men gathered to take a stand against the north African ‘street children’ who are running rampage in and around the capital’s central station.'  [comment:  identities not established with many of these and the foreign street criminals could be any age to 40 years old -- see above.  Whatever age they are, they need to be firmly put in place, and the police have confirmed they are incapable of maintain order.]

'Police have clearly showed that they lack the means to stop their progress and we se no other way than to hand down the punishment they deserve ourselves.'

'The justice system has walked out and the contract of society is therefore broken – it is now every Swedish man’s duty to defend out public spaced against the imported criminality.'

'Those who gathered today are neither your politician, your journalist or your policeman. We are your father, your brother, your husband, your colleague, your friend and your neighbour.

'Swedish men and women deserve safety in their everyday life and we are therefore calling on all others who also see the problem to follow in our footsteps, both in Stockholm and in other places around the country. For a better future together'

On Saturday, a 47-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault for punching a police officer in the face.

Three youngsters have also been arrested on Friday night for disturbing public order.

Last week, Swedish police warned that Stockholm's main train station has become unsafe after being ‘taken over’ by dozens of Moroccan street children.

The all-male
migrant teen gangs are spreading terror in the centre of the Swedish capital, stealing, groping girls and assaulting security guards, according to Stockholm police.

Members of the gangs, some as young as nine, roam central Stockholm day and night, refusing help provided by the Swedish authorities.

Sweden has seen a dramatic increase in the number of Moroccan under-18s who apply for asylum without a parent or guardian in the past four years, with many later running away from the housing provided to live on the streets in the capital.

Stockholm police estimate that at least 200 Moroccan street children move in the area around the main train station in the centre of the capital, sleeping rough, and living off criminal activity.

The issue of the Moroccan teen gangs first made headlines last year, and the situation has since escalated with Stockholm police demanding authorities to take action.

Desperate officers have started arresting the teens for public drunkenness in order to get them off the streets for a few hours, with the policeman adding that they are 'on our knees'.

The gangs are made up of orphans who have grown up on the streets of Casablanca and Tanger in Morocco, where authorities estimate there are around 80,000 homeless 'street children'.

They have all applied for asylum Sweden as unaccompanied minors after travelling through Spain and Germany, a journey which may have taken them years.

But their troubled backgrounds have made them distrusting and wary of adults, and more than one in five have run away from migrant housing and foster families after applying to stay in Sweden.

COMMENT

Let f*cking Morocco deal with their own.

What are they even doing in Sweden, terrorising the locals?  Let them terrorise their own.

The Swedish government has failed its citizens, as has the Swedish lying and rape-covering police.

Nobody should be terrorised and raped by foreigners in their own country.  No sympathy whatsoever.  About time.

Citizens should be encouraged to sort out thugs whatever their age, seeing the Swedish coppers are incapable.  Somebody has to draw the line somewhere.

At least there's still some sane Swedes left.

Throwing stones at police and several arson in Stockholm suburb

Published: 18-01-2016 23:43

STOCKHOLM A building and several cars ignited Monday evening in a fire in connection with the unrest in the Stockholm suburb of Alby. - This concerns a gang of youths in the 30 to 40 young people, said police duty officer Magnus Modig to Nyheter Idag.

Monday night has been unrest in the suburbs along the metro's red line towards Norsborg. Shortly before ten o'clock at night
ignited two cars on fire in Masmo in Huddinge.

An hour later the alarm about a building near a kindergarten on fire in Alby in Botkyrka, two subway stations further out on the red line.

- We got the call that there was a building that was on fire, and when we went out there with emergency we were subjected to stone throwing, tell the police officer in charge Magnus Modig for Nyheter Idag.

- Then, it has been lit on fire an unknown number of cars and vehicles in the area. This concerns a gang of youths in the 30 to 40 young people who have been running around, right now we are beginning to get the situation under control.
Modig had Monday evening no information on whether the police managed to arrest anyone for the arson and stoning. There were then also no offense to the unrest, but it was inclined they will be classified as violent riots.

- Of course, we will sign a police report on the fire and damage to these vehicles, and then there will be riots or violent riots I can not comment on, but it looks as though it will be on the rubric given the number of young people and how they have appeared in the area, says Modig.

Police took a helicopter from the air and equipped with riot police on the ground to get control of the situation. Even Stockholm Piketen [comment:  ie

WATCH: Journalist Stoned While Trying To Film In Swedish No Go Zone

by Liam Deacon | 27 Oct 2015

A Swedish journalist attempting to make a movie about the residents of a Swedish no go zone and their habit of throwing stones at police has herself been attacked and had stones thrown at her as she attempted to film.

“They thought we crossed the limit and that we were standing on their land,” journalist Valentina Xhaferi told Swedish newspaper Expressen.

Ms Xhaferi planned on investigating police reports that any officer trying to patrol the Stockholm district of Tensta – with its foreign born population now over 70 per cent – would be pelted with rocks. She wanted to get behind the black headlines and find out what was really troubling the poor residents.

[ ... ]

But as they waited, another man, who appeared to be upset, approach to ask why they were filming. He went away only to return with his gang.

“Then he became very, very angry and said he’ll get stones and show us what stoning is. When I saw that he was armed with a stone I just wanted to get out of there,” said Ms Xhaferi.

At this point three more men appeared from a subway and demanded to know what they were doing. The camera was recording, and captured the moment the men kicked the equipment to the floor, shouted insults at Ms. Xhaferi and poured coffee on the cameraman before running off.

“It was impossible to calm them down. I pulled back and tried to calm down everyone, while trying to get my colleague and myself out of there.

Police estimate that there are around 55 such areas in Sweden similar to the Tensta no go zone, which was the site of a riot in 2012, and which boasts a 95-100 per cent foreign origin rate for children living there.

It's just one report among multitudes of horrifying reports from Europe.

Meanwhile, the politicians, liberal left networks, the wider intelligentsia and the immigration-pushing media continue to promote an unsound ideology and its consequences on a public that dare not speak, in some parts of Europe.

Sweden: Älvsjö - Gang Rape - 3 Accused Somalians & Unknown Origins x1 Other

Updated: December 27, 2013
- Published: December 27, 2013

Three acquitted of rape Fairs
Three young men accused of the gang rape last summer was acquitted today by the district court.
A 17-year-old girl had followed the men to a wooded area in Älvsjö south of Stockholm. Where she was invited to hashish and began to feel ill.

According to the indictment, the woman FEMALE MINOR then pushed and beaten and sexually abused by two male peers. In questioning the girl said that she was shocked and at times did not understand what happened.

The two 17 year old boys were charged with aggravated rape. A 18-year-old man was charged with complicity. All three have been in custody since September, but now freed by Södertörn District Court.

In its judgment, the court writes inter alia that it is unclear who has done what and to what extent coercion has occurred. [Comment:  if ANY coercion has occurred, it is unlawful.]

The District Court also considers that the girl was not so affected "that she was in a particularly vulnerable situation". [Not so affected?  Are you kidding me?  A minor that was given hashish before being violently sexually assaulted in a secluded area by 3 males she was in no position to challenge physically?]

- The new law on "particularly vulnerable" never tested in the judgment. The reason is that the court frees the accused arguing that the prosecution evidence about the event itself does not hold, says Metro's legal expert Stefan Wahlberg, who read the verdict.

- When it comes to one of the freed men so consider the district court did not even consider it proved that he was at the scene. As for the other two so consider the district court that it is not proven that they truly acted as the prosecution claims, he says.  [So she raped herself?]

A 19-year old man is still suspected of aggravated rape and aiding and abetting, but he has because of his mental condition has not yet been prosecuted.

If the appeal against the decision is not yet clear.

- If the goal is to appeal must therefore Appeal therefore first have a different opinion about the standard of proof regarding the event itself before it can consider whether the plaintiff was in a particularly vulnerable situation, says Stefan Wahlberg.

After the incident, the 17-year-old girl feeling very ill and had to take sedatives. She even had suicidal thoughts.

Three teens cleared of rape
Published 27 December 2013 12:21

Three young men freed by Södertörn District Court for an alleged gang rape.

According to the District Court, there were some ambiguities in the plaintiff's stories that made the suspects could be sentenced.

- I think it is a wrong judgment. I had hoped that they would be felled, says the counsel Anna Dahlbäck

The incident occurred on the evening of 29 August [2013] this year in a wooded area between Älvsjö and Solberga, south of Stockholm. A 18-year-old man and two 17 year old were charged.

According to the indictment was the abused woman affected [by drugs] when the perpetrators molested her.

- They have done it by force or coercion and by utilizing the plaintiff with respect to several different circumstances found themselves in a particularly vulnerable situation, have to prosecutor Mathias Lidberg earlier told the Expressen reporter Fredrik Lennander.

"Proper assessment of the evidence"

The three young men were acquitted of all charges.

- In my opinion it was a real assessment of the evidence, there was weak evidence, said lawyer Richard Schönmeyr, representing one of the suspects.

The legal counsel Anna Dahlbäck says she was surprised that all three were acquitted.

- It would have been extremely important to get a conviction for redress, and an acknowledgment that you believe in her. I assume that it will be appealed, she says.

Prosecutor Mathias Lidberg
has not yet decided whether he will appeal. He does not share the District Court's view that there were ambiguities in the plaintiff's story.

- I believe that she has made a credible story and that it has found support in the evidence, he says.

New law

The suspected gang rape took place after the law was amended on 1 July this year. When was the expression "helpless state" and replaced with "particularly vulnerable position".

According to the Government to legislative changes mean that more cases of sexual abuse will be punishable as rape. For instance, situations where the victim has faced the assault of inaction due to fear or intoxication could be judged as rape.

What a "particularly vulnerable position" covers are not yet developed in practice. Prosecutor Mathias Lidberg chose to hear the case, as one of the very first with the new law. He claims that the young woman was so scared and shocked that she was not able to defend himself or to scream for help.

- I mean this is attributable to that she has been in a particularly vulnerable situation, he has previously said.

Three young men accused of gang rape
Published November 28, 2013 13:57

Three young men were charged today [in relation to gang rape of] a young woman in Stockholm last summer.

The suspects have been detained for several months - two of them are minors and prosecuted now for aggravated rape.

- I consider rape as aggravated because there are several people who have abused the plaintiff, said prosecutor Mathias Lidberg.

The rough sexbrottet [sex offence] must have occurred in the evening in a wooded area between Älvsjö and Solbergavägen at the end of August.

The female victim was under [drug] affected when the perpetrators molested her.

- They have done it by force or coercion and by utilizing the plaintiff with respect to several different circumstances found themselves in a particularly vulnerable situation, says prosecutor Mathias Lidberg.
New legislation

The gang rape took place after the law was amended on 1 July this year. When was the expression "helpless state" and replaced with "particularly vulnerable position".

According to the government, the change means that more cases of sexual abuse will be punishable as rape. Examples will be situations where the victim has faced the assault of inaction due to fear or intoxication could be judged as rape.

What a "particularly vulnerable position" covers are not yet developed in practice. Prosecutor Mathias Lidberg is now considering the case as one of the very first with the new law. He claims the young woman was so scared and shocked that she was not able to defend himself or to scream for help.

- I mean this is attributable to that she had been in a particularly vulnerable situation, he says.
Detention time

The indictment accused two underage boys for aggravated rape, or attempted rape and sexual molestation. The third person is over 18 years and prosecuted for complicity in aggravated rape, alternatively, complicity to attempted aggravated rape and sexual molestation.

Two of the suspects have been detained since the beginning of September and the third was arrested in early October.

According to the indictment, it should also have been a fourth person involved in the rape.

Although he has been detained on suspicion of the crime but was released on Wednesday. He is still suspicious but his mental state means that the prosecutor believes that it is inappropriate to prosecute him now.  [What about the suicidal rape victim's state?]
Took turns

According to prosecutor Mathias Lidberg based prosecution largely on the woman's information.

- Then there are also witness statements and certain technical evidence in the form of the man emptied phones and thus have produced information about contacts. It is a mixture of text, chat and Facebook conversations that different people had, he says.

Rape should have begun with the young men repeatedly tafsade woman on her breasts and between her legs.

The fourth man will then have pushed the woman against a stone so that she struck the back. Then he will have pulled down her pants and panties and started to rape her.

The accused boys should then have been taking turns to try, or conduct, sexual intercourse with the woman. The woman has during the rape was pushed around and even got blow to the head.
Rejecting crime

The third man, who is charged with aiding, under the prosecutor encouraged the others' doings.

In addition to sexually molesting the woman he should additionally have strengthened others in their faith through the cheers and thus reinforced their numerical superiority.

The trial will begin on 3 December and is expected to last six days.

A 20-year-old man convicted of the gang rape at Älvsjö last summer is appealing to the Supreme Court.

Four young men were suspected of a rape in a wooded area in Fairfield last summer, but only the now 20-year-old man has been convicted in the District Court and Court of Appeal.

Now he complains to the Supreme Court, arguing that the girl voluntarily had sex with him.

The appeal also calls into question the reliability of the victim because she was under the influence of drugs.

gang rape
November 14, 2014

On Friday morning came the verdict against the three teenagers accused of raping a girl in the woods Älvsjö in August.

The court does not believe the woman's story about what happened in Älvsjö in late August. Three men were charged with, among other things, aggravated rape, but the District Court has now acquitted the men of all charges.

The men were charged with multiple counts of aggravated rape, attempted rape and sexual molestation. According to the woman's story, four men for several hours abusing her sexually in different ways against her will.

Ambiguities and contradictions

But the story has too many ambiguities and contradictions, according to the court, and the evidence is insufficient to convict the men. They freed because of all the charges.

The court writes that, in the case of these, [it has] not been established beyond reasonable doubt that he remained at the site. The two other acquitted on the grounds that it offers the same high standard of proof, could not be proved that they acted as prosecutor claimed, according to the judgment.

"The Court therefore found no reason to try the accused's intent or whether the victim has been in a particularly vulnerable situation under the new version of the text of the law," writes one.

A fourth young man is still suspected but could not be prosecuted because of illness, according dn.se.

"Will go through and analyze"

- It is a comprehensive investigation material that the court had to decide. I need to go through the district court considered the various factors that I argue and analyze the district court's assessment of evidence. Hereafter, I can decide whether I will appeal the verdict, says Mathias Lidberg, prosecutor at Söderorts Public Prosecution.

The prosecutor has said that there have been much forensic evidence in the form of SMS and content from social media about the incident. The men, who for the woman [is] unknown, are all punished in the past.  [As in they have criminal past convictions?]

They must have encountered each other in a wooded area and the characteristics of the Prosecutor assesses rape rough.

- She has partly been subjected to violence and coercion and partly found themselves in a particularly vulnerable situation when she's been drugged. There have also been several people on the injured party, it has been a threatening situation, and the perpetrators have been unknown to the victim, said prosecutor Mathias Lidberg to ABC earlier this fall. [ie article is saying that the victim was coerced and subjected to violence, on the one hand, and had been (or was) drugged and therefore especially vulnerable at the time, when she was also OUTNUMBERED by unknown men in a threatening situation.]

According to the indictment dared woman never call for help or to call for attention during the rape.  [She was too afraid to resist even by calling out for help, as anyone would be if they were outnumbered in a threatening situation such as this, in a wooded area, as one could easily wind up dead.  I feel so angry reading this.  This is so wrong.]

The trial began on 3 December.

COMMENT

Nationality of the accused was covered up across mainstream media.

There's also one mystery accused.

Everybody's been let off, of course.  I'm beginning to think that this is pretty standard in Sweden.

Definitely doesn't sound right to me.

Prosecutor Mathias Lidberg:
does not share the District Court's view that there were ambiguities in the plaintiff's story.

- I believe that she has made a credible story and that it has found support in the evidence

OK, what's going on in Sweden?

Is Somalia of geopolitical strategic importance to Sweden (which sounds unlikely to me), or is something else at play here?

This is sickening.

No wonder the so-called 'right-wing' supporters of anti-immigration political parties are fed up in Sweden and in Europe, with their complicit society-destroying insane governments, media ... and, apparently, courts.

Is Sweden owned by Saudi Arabia or something?
