MURDER Another brutal knife murder committed by an Eritrean asylum-seekers were given a few days ago its legal resolution. A seven year old girl was stabbed to death in an apartment in Upplands-Bro in northern Stockholm on 25 July this year of a 36 year old man, Daniel Gebru, ten months earlier arrived as the welfare of migrants to Sweden from Eritrea.
Gebru sentenced to psychiatric care with a special discharge review and be expelled indefinitely after already served and care. However, it is unclear if the expulsion will be enforceable, this is because the Migration Board believes that human rights are infringed in a way in Eritrea that allows no one can be deported there. Gebru is therefore likely to remain in Sweden after already served and care. There is also no minimum retention Gebru must be nurtured. If he is deemed to have frisknat to, he can be released after a very short time. As with the brutal knife murder of IKEA in Västerås in August this year, including those committed by an Eritrean asylum seeker, has the offender as partial explanation for the crime stated mental disorder related to alleged harsh conditions in their home country and that migrants who should have led to his suffering by hallucinations and paranoia. Gebru has not been able to give any other more concrete reasons for why he cut the throat of the seven-year girl in the bathroom of her home. He had previously been inherent in the apartment. What he did there on that particular day is unclear because according to some data did not live there anymore. The Court notes, however, he must have lived in the apartment where the murder was committed but have failed to pay the rent. Gebru has stated that he had intended to take his own life but for unknown reasons instead stabbed the girl to death. He incurred but also themselves afterwards a cutting injury. The retrospective self-inflicted injury could of course have been a way to hide the real motive for the crime against the girl, but the court chose to go on the defense line in this part, that the murder was committed in a state of mental confusion and no real motive to the girl or order to conceal another crime against the girl. Gebru sentenced accordingly - and because he exposed the girl of "unnecessary suffering" in connection with the murder - not formally of murder, but of manslaughter and not to prison but to care. However, you can not court so far as to completely absolve Gebru from liability for the actions, as claimed by the defense lawyers. The girl's parents are happy with the man convicted but dissatisfied with the crime of murder was not. Gebru must also pay compensation to the parents of 182 860 SEK and a further 61 705 paid to the estate. The case provides a further alarm signal of irresponsibility with which asylum applications are dealt with in Sweden, how mentally unstable people are allowed to reside freely in society and what consequences this may have. Missing ID checks, sloppy research background of asylum seekers in their home country and naive faith in the asylum seekers' own oral evidence allows no one knows what kind of people are released into our country. It can be anything from people with actual refugee status through the economic welfare of migrants to serious criminals and terrorists. Nor does this case - as one of the responsible politicians and other opinion leaders should be able to expect - led the public debate on security in society severely eroded due to serious deficiencies in the asylum reception. Few have the courage enough to step outside the politically correct view corridor and ask where the limits to how many in Sweden, we are ready to have murdered, abused, raped, mugged, robbed, deceived and subjected to other serious crimes without the conduct of mass immigration policy is questioned . The compensation custom does my head in, when it's associated with murder or rape crimes.

Israel on Asylum vs Europe on Asylum
| ---------------------------------------- ARTICLE ---------------------------------------- Israel on Asylum vs Europe on Asylum http://www.timesofisrael.com/eritrean-girl-stabbed-in-israel-as-a-baby-finds-home-abroad/ Eritrean girl stabbed in Israel as a baby finds home abroad European country agrees to take in family of Kako Yamena, who was badly injured by an Israeli man in Tel Aviv By Stuart Winer | January 18, 2016, 1:54 pm
A young Eritrean girl who was stabbed in the head as a baby two years ago by an Israeli man has been granted asylum, along with her immediate family, in a European country.
The family moved to the unnamed country last week, where they were accepted on humanitarian grounds, the Haaretz daily reported on Monday. Kako Yamena was born in Israel and is now three-and-a-half years old. In January 2014 her mother, Yordanes, was carrying her in a street near the central bus station in Tel Aviv when Mordechai Michael Zaretsky, 59, attacked them, stabbing the girl in the head with a pair of scissors. “On the one hand, the family is very excited. And on the other hand, it is understood that they are going a place where all their friends and community, including the Israelis surrounding them, won’t be there,” said Sigal Avivi, a rights activist who was involved in the case since the stabbing. “That bothers them a lot. The girls grew up here, they speak Hebrew, and as far as they are concerned this is their home. The older daughter really didn’t want to go.” Yamena was seriously injured and spent several weeks on a respirator with doctors struggling to help her recover. Even now she shows symptoms of motor damage, walks with a limp, and needs regular rehabilitation treatment. Zaretsky, who told police that God had sent him to kill a black baby, was eventually found unfit to stand trial and was committed to a psychiatric hospital. Despite the assailant’s racist declarations, the state didn’t recognize Yamena as a victim of a hate crime, the report said. [The assailant was also found unfit to stand trial and was committed to a psychiatric facility. Insanity is key here.] Although former interior minister Gilad Erdan granted her humanitarian status in Israel, it did not extend the same conditions to her mother; her father, Mulo; or sister Ruth, now aged five. As a result, the report said, she was not eligible for allowances from the National Insurance Institute to pay for her medical treatments, which come to thousands of shekels every month. Although an inter-ministerial committee debated giving the entire Yamena family humanitarian status, it failed to reach a decision. At one point, Mulo was summoned to the Holot detention center in the south of the country, where migrants can be held for up to a year. However, the summons was eventually canceled. After the stabbing, the family lived in Tel Aviv’s Hatikvah neighborhood, surviving on donations from members of the public and with the aid of human rights organizations. Rights groups were eventually able to negotiate the move to Europe, where the family will be granted humanitarian rights to remain in the country, as well as medical treatment and social welfare benefits. One of the conditions for the arrangement was that the hosting country would not be identified, so as to prevent any confrontation with Israel. Official figures show there are some 45,000 illegal migrants and asylum seekers in Israel, almost all of them from Eritrea and Sudan. Most of those who have not been detained in Holot live in poor areas of southern Tel Aviv, where there have been several protests over their presence. Right-wing politicians have called for action to limit illegal migration, and rights groups say thousands of asylum seekers from African countries have been coerced into “voluntary” departures. Since 2006, Israel has struggled to establish and implement a clear legal framework to deal with the large influx of migrants, resulting in confusing — and often conflicting — ad-hoc immigration policies. The influx has slowed dramatically of late, as Israel has sealed off its border with Egypt more effectively. The vast majority of African migrants living in Israel claim asylum-seeker status, but the state has recognized fewer than one percent as asylum claimers and, since 2009, less than 0.15% — the lowest rate in the Western world. ---------------------------------------- COMMENT
The way Israel handles its affairs is the way any government seeking to preserve its nation's social identity, social integrity, political integrity and societal welfare (among a host of other considerations), would conduct its affairs.
However, it's European politicians that have imposed what amounts to genocidal immigration policy on their own nations.
European taxpayers are saddled with the enormous (and irrevocable) social costs, as well as the more immediate social costs and debts.
What I see happening here is about 80,000 Africans that Israel has within its borders (give or take the ones Israel has already negotiated to ship to Sweden) will end up in Western Europe.
Europe is finished if Europeans don't wake up.
PS ... what's the bet that this group of immigrants wound up in Sweden? ---------------------------------------- Europa-Evropa ᛞ
