Swedish police raise alarm over teenage gang rapes

by AFP     3 Dec 2013

Swedish police have warned of a growing trend of teenage gang rapes, often filmed or photographed on smartphones, as a high-profile case under a new rape law opened in the capital Tuesday.

In the case before the Stockholm court, three young men are accused of raping a girl, whose age has not been made public, in a forested area south of the capital. [ie x3 Somalians & x1 other unidentified, described elsewhere as 'Muslim']

The girl was under the influence of drugs, court documents show, and a judge said she was in a “particularly vulnerable situation” due to the number of men involved, who were not known to her.

The trial is the latest in a series of cases of group sex acts [ie GANG RAPES] involving young Swedes which has prompted police to raise the alarm about a new trend in gang rapes.

“We’re talking about very young teens,” police inspector Moni Winsnes told AFP.

“They are 14-15 years old. One girl was as young as 12. It goes on in front of their friends, who might even be filming and taking photos.”

Video footage from smartphones is later used to shame and silence victims, or blackmail them into participating in more group sex acts.

“It can be five guys and one girl, and she is forced to give them oral sex in public? the girl doesn’t dare to say no,” she said.

This year there have been almost 1,600 cases of sexual assault involving under 18s in Stockholm alone, up from 1301 the previous year, according to official figures.

The number of cases that made it to court in the country as a whole where the victims were 15 to 17-years-old almost doubled to 466 from 2011 to 2012.

A ‘distorted’ attitude to sex

Sweden has one of the highest rates of reported rape in Europe but police say that can be attributed to a greater willingness to report attacks in recent years.

However Winsnes and others argue that the figures only reveal part of the picture.

They say the attackers often manipulate and threaten younger girls into participating in sex acts and once they are filmed they have control over them.

“It is very widespread and the majority (of victims) are young girls. Their (perpetrators) attitude to sex, sexual abuse, what is right or not, is unfortunately very distorted,” said Sanna Bergendahl at Storasyster, a local group working against sexual violence and abuse.

“Many have some kind of idea of how a ‘real’ rape should look like, that it has to be violent to count as rape.”

Nonetheless, not everyone agrees that Sweden has a growing problem.

Per Ullholm, a sex educator at the sexual health association RFSU, said he had not seen “any dramatic change in attitudes towards sexual violence among teenagers,” but added that it was important to discuss limits and seek consent before sex. [see comment]

Sweden toughened its rape legislation in July to include victims in a “particularly vulnerable situation” which includes young girls who feel intimidated among a group of boys[see comment]

The change came too late for an alleged assault which took place earlier in the summer when six teenage boys were acquitted by a court of appeal for having sex with a teenage girl in a locked room at a party.  [x6 Middle Eastern, Asian or African immigrants]

The girl said that she was frozen and did not dare resist.

Women’s right groups were keeping a close eye on the trial which opened Tuesday, the most high-profile since the new law came into force, hoping that it would set a precedent and send a clear message to young men.

They called for Sweden to strengthen rape laws further and join other countries such as the UK, Ireland, Norway and Belgium which require explicit consent before a sexual act.

“No men are born to be rapists,” said Bergendahl. “They are shaped by society.” [see comment]

GANG RAPISTS
ACQUITTED
Published: September 27, 2013 at 17:52

All six immigrant youths acquitted in the Court of Appeal for the gang rape - even though HR believes in the girl's story

Six young immigrants, all the difficult to pronounce name, was convicted in Solna District Court for the rape of a small 15-year-old girl in a locked room. The penalties were a few hours of youth service and little care, as usual. All the immigrants took turns to rape her.

Four also acknowledged sexual intercourse with her, but [they claim] it was voluntary.  Combs Prosecutors Jenny Clemedtson and Carolina Eklund urged NOT on the expulsion of two foreign citizens on conviction in the District Court.  [Gang rape trial, they take turns raping the 15-year-old victim, but the prosecutors are urging that the rapist foreigners not be deported.]
The six teenage boys have now been freed on Appeal. You do not think this is true when you read it. The reported gang rape took place in a youth party in an apartment in an immigrant area Tensta in Stockholm in March this year. According to the district court six teenage boys took turns to molest the girl. Shortly after the incident arrested eight boys and six of them were prosecuted.
In June Solna District Court sentenced all six, who were between 15 and 16 years of age when the crime was committed, to the youth. Five of them for rape and one of them for attempted rape. The judgment was appealed and now the Svea Court of Appeal has fallen. And all six acquitted.
The prosecutor wanted secondarily see them convicted of sexual molestation, but also on the point acquitted the youth. The district court considered the girl's story entirely credible, while the boys' [stories] felt less credible because their stories were changed. Initially, several of the boys denied even having been at the party in the apartment during the evening rapes should have taken place.
Svea Court of Appeal, however, make another assessment and argues that it is understandable that the boys initially lied because they were afraid to be accused of something after one of the boys arrested. You do indeed, like the District Court, that the girl's story is credible but believes that there are factors to be taken into account
Among other things, that the events must have occurred in a dark room and that her ability to make 'absolutely reliable observations "must therefore have been reduced, and that it must have been difficult for the girl to have a clear recollection of the evening because so many passed in and out of the room. Court of Appeal wrote in the judgment that the girl "may well be said to have been in a very precarious situation," but it can not establish beyond reasonable doubt that she has been in a state of helplessness "in the narrow sense of this term considered to have".
You do not think it's true what they read in Aftonbladet. This is Swedish Donald Duck court in a nutshell. Scandal, and a terrible DOGMATISM. Will immigrant youth now feel offended and get compensation for the District Court?

Eritrean migrants resettled from Israel to Sweden
By BEN HARTMAN \

01/07/2014 22:51
Dozens relocate in recent weeks following deal brokered between Sweden, UN High Commission for Refugees in Israel.

Dozens of Eritrean migrants have relocated to Sweden in recent weeks following an agreement brokered between the government of Sweden and the United Nations High Commission for Refugees in Israel, it emerged on Tuesday.

The resettlement - which Israeli NGOs said included 54 Eritrean women – was part of the “ongoing process of willful deportation to Sweden,” according to the Interior Ministry, which reported the deal on Tuesday. They added that the move was also done in collaboration with the United Nations and that each Eritrean migrant received a payment of $3,500.

According to ministry figures, a total of 2,612 migrants willfully left Israel in 2013, of these 1,955 were from Sudan and 461 from Eritrea. The ministry said that in 2012, the number was a total of 461, out of a total of around 54,000 African migrants that are in Israel, according to government figures. The NGO ASSAF, which works with African asylum seekers in Israel, said that they took a role in the process as well, and that the Israeli government was not part of the initiative.

Michal Pinchuk, the Executive Director of ASSAF said Tuesday that a Swedish government delegation was recently in Israel and met with them and other NGOs and African migrants, including women who she said were trafficked to Israel and had gone through torture in Sinai. Pinchuk said these women were not given assistance by Israel, and that her organization helped find a group of these women to sign up for the resettlement. She said a number of the women left Israel for Sweden from the Saharonim prison in Israel's south, where they were being held. She added that Interior Minister Gideon Sa'ar gave the approval for them to leave for Sweden.

“As an Israeli I am embarrassed that my country avoided providing support to the victims of torture. The Swedish Representatives heard of the difficult situation the victims were under in Israel and turned to the UNHCR in order to absorb a number who were given refugee status immediately,” Pinchuk said Tuesday.

The Interior Ministry said that their decision to publish the relocation deal on Tuesday was not related to the ongoing protests by African migrants in Israel.

COMMENT

The same predators always hunt in packsYet no ethnicity is mentioned
But we know after reading a series of these rape, gang rape, sexual abuse, and exploitation of vulnerable victims stories, that group male predatory behaviour is vastly more prevalent among non-European immigrant male predators.
Further look-ups have uncovered x3 Somalian accused, x1 accused described as 'Muslim' and several other Middle Eastern, African or Asian accused, with Muslim sounding names.
The statistics show an alarming increase and the Sweden police are issuing a warning as at 2013.  Unfortunately, it's couched as 'teenage gang rapes', emphasis is placed on youth and on peers, and there's reference to smartphone pics, so what is FREQUENT, HOSTILE, VIOLENT AND PROTRACTED IMMIGRANT RAPE & GANG RAPE OF SWEDISH MINORS (AND WOMEN) has become a message emphasising young teens, 'coercion' and pervy smartphone pics, diluting and distorting the shocking reality.  Actually, it's become more than that.  It's a spin-doctored job by AFP, hence:  "not everyone agrees that Sweden has a growing problem".

So why is what sex educator, Per Ullholm, has to say even considered newsworthy or relevant when this is about violent criminal sexual assault of vulnerable girls and women by immigrants with a propensity to rape European women -- especially when the article then goes on to mention (without plainly disclosing) what are, in fact, hostile, protracted, predatory gang rapes committed by the dominant raping and gang raping demographic in EuropeNot to mention that ALL rape, whatever the extent of physical violence, is an act of HOSTILITY, VIOLATION and VIOLENCE.
Sweden police warnings concerning rape do not lead the reasonable man (without an agenda) to then give thought to trite comments about 'consent' and 'no men are born to be rapists' homilies.
The part about the PREDATORS' (referred to as 'perpetrators') attitude to sex and sexual abuse being 'very distorted' makes it sound like the SEXUAL PREDATORS THAT HUNT IN PACKS & GANG RAPE GIRLS AND WOMEN in their HOST COUNTRIES just need a little counselling to straighten out their misapprehensions.
The anti-sex abuse activist is also quoted as saying:
“No men are born to be rapists ... They are shaped by society.”
and it has been positioned by AFP, as if to conclude the article on what is presumably supposed to be a 'positive' and compassionate note.
But the compassion is misplaced and the predators may as well be born rapists, when there is clearly a pattern of immigrant propensity to rape (and a common pattern of gang rape attacks) abundantly displayed among that demographic, which common pattern quite probably arises from ingrained and common (shared) cultural features.
Wholesale rape committed by non-European immigrants is not a matter of sex education, just as provision of lessons on the philosophy of property ownership, for example, is not a rational response to dealing with criminals with a propensity to disrespect boundaries and limits concerning property rights.

Yet, Denmark is officially imposing a few short lessons on the 'philosophy' of not raping European females.  Yes, Denmark's giving immigrants mandatory 'sex eduction' lessons along with asylum and language classes.  Denmark sounds like yet another European mental asylum run by the insane.  But I guess they have to be seen to be doing something, unless they're prepared to close the borders to third world rapists -- and they're clearly not.

Even Israel, which is far better than Europe in terms of dealing with the problem of what they call 'infiltrators' is currently stuck with something like 60,000 infiltrators and, thanks to the root problem of international laws or conventions that prevent Israel (and anyone else that's sane) from expelling would-be 'citizens' -- pronto.  But Israel is at least taking some creative and determined measures (rotational detention, 'bribes' to leave, persuasion, UN and Sweden deals and, best of all:  concrete walls).  Fortunately, Israel is small enough to fortify itself with walls.  Since I last checked, looks like Israel's kicked a few goals and got rid of about 6,000 potentially enduring problems (that have now most likely become Sweden's enduring problem).
Got to love the Israelis. That's over 5,000 years of civilisation.  They're not fools. They're shipping their problems to the least dignified and most embarrassing Western shills for destruction of their own nation, wholeheartedly in favour of abasing themselves in service of corporate imperialism, like no other on the planet:  SwedenGermany is probably a close second, but it's hard to say who wins the abasement title, after Mutti Merkel's 'open house Europe' announcement, that preceded the Unstoppable (& Well Organised) Great Third World Migration to Europe.
Not sure what the Israeli rape by foreigner statistics are, but I'm betting that they're very small.  Israelis all serve in the army and I think they also have reservists.  By the look of the Israelis everybody has a gun and knows how to use one.  But Israelis probably don't even need guns.  Despite the weird outfits, those Hasidic dudes aren't pussies, either, and are more than capable of sorting out any problems in their neighbourhoods.  Europeans?  Not so much.
Hey,  Europe, perhaps this is the answer to all your problems?  Nah, not the funny fur hats.  Guns.  Seriously.  Guns.
In well-organised and cohesive societies where everyone does national service, everyone continues to participate in military reserves, everyone knows how to use weapons and everyone has access to weapons, there's bound to be fewer rapes and trouble-makers ... and less expenditure pursuing convictions in courts of law and on incarceration.  So this sounds like a very useful civic security model to implement.
Getting back to the AFP article that brought up the subject of consent, consent is immaterial to rapists who know right from wrong, but choose to commit atrocities upon European girls and women because they want to, they can and they have nothing to fear. The final part of that equation is significant.
European girls and women continue to be ABUSED & RAPED WHOLESALE and the predatory perpetrators of sexual assaults and rapes aren't remotely interested in limits or consent.  Rape is the point.
Of course, 'feminist foreign policy' Sweden has plenty of pussy and no balls, so Sweden's not going to enforce, say, a 35-year stretch in prison followed by instant deportation or death penalty by bullet to the base of the skull, immediately upon conviction.  Hence there's no motivation to avoid undesirable consequences.   Consequences?  There aren't any.
AFP (Agence France-Presse), the producers of the article that was published in Breitbart (& various news outlets in 2013), has introduced what I consider irrelevant material that muddies the waters and potentially confuses an uninformed public.
Breitbart must also be what they call 'cucks' (or near enough to it), when they're printing that AFP nonsense.
Going by what the fellow that's quoted says, you'd think that gang rape by six predatory (and often violent) foreigners is some kind of 'misunderstanding' and that there really isn't a massive camel in the room.
Most likely, it's French government AFP's contribution to muddying the waters and confusing the uninformed, in service of the EU-NATO Corporate Rule Agenda -- as well as maybe a:  please don't riot in our suburbs bit of PR on behalf of Sweden, France, Germany and the rest of headed-for-sharia Western Europe.
Rather than conveying to readers the true extent and sheer horror of the rape and gang-rape-by-immigrant ongoing epidemic in Europe, AFP (the voice of French government serving corporate imperialism, EU and NATO interests), basically issued a Swedish police spin-doctoring flyer passing off what is a f*cked up beyond all recognition MASSIVE rape and gang rape by FOREIGNER problem, as something of a juvenile pervy smartphone sex caper, thereby lulling an an unfocused and unaware public into a false sense of security (contrary to public interest):
Agence France-Presse (AFP):

The French government announced in 2008 "moves to change AFP's status, including the involvement of outside investors".
In response, the  "main trade unions represented in the company's home base of France ... launched an online petition to oppose what they saw as an attempt to privatise the agency."

AFP GmbH is the subsidiary of AFP in Germany, producing German-language services for local press, internet and corporate clients.

Sport-Informations-Dienst (SID) is producing a German-language sports service.

"The primary client of AFP is the French government, which purchases subscriptions for its various services. In practice, those subscriptions are an indirect subsidy to AFP. The statutes of the agency prohibit direct government subsidies."

Source  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agence_France-Presse

So AFP is basically the voice of the French government and is subsidised by the government, by way of loophole.  No idea if there's been any transfer to outside interests.

The AFP organisation also has commercial interests in Germany.

Both Germany and France have very high numbers of highly volatile Muslim immigrants and Muslim immigrants are also highly represented in European rape statistics.  Both countries and Sweden, the rape capital of the world, share fandom for the EU and NATO.
While AFP is distributing the teen smartphone pervy 'teen rape' epidemic PR flyers, Sweden pre-empts yet another rape case about to be tried under yet another useless Swedish law -- to appear to be doing something, much like Denmark is playing at doing something
Sweden's ever-expanding raft of laws are useless window-dressing:  offenders get off with slaps on the wrist (if that).
All Sweden's good for is performing the part of useful idiot and flooding Sweden with non-European immigration.  As if Sweden hasn't enough problems.  Like, rapes, rapes, rapes, rapes, rapes and more rapes ... and grenades going off in Malmo, car bombs, knifings, IKEA revenge-for-denial-of-asylum killings and mass immigrant minority riots (see:  Husby riots 2013) ... Good luck when their numbers swell, Sweden.  And let's not forget about the artists in hiding, under police protection from foreigners, in fear for their lives ... in their own countries.
So, presumably, it is in the interest of a news agency such as AFP, the voice of the French government, to produce an article that minimises and distorts the ENORMOUS RANDY CAMEL IN EUROPE:  a high representation of African, Middle Eastern, Asian and Muslim immigrant-on-European rapes, coupled with corresponding high non-European immigration intake statistics.
Hence laying a false trail of quotes that appear to rebut, or at least tone down or deflect, from the unpalatable truth of the RAPE of EUROPEAN WOMANHOOD, as result of the wilful negligence of corporate agenda serving, nation and society destroying, immigration policies of France, Germany, Sweden ... and EU-NATO friends.
TIP:
Don't look up images using search term 'camel f*cking'.  Thought I'd find a nice camel pic to go right here, but I don't think so now.

Three acquitted of rape Fairs
Three young men accused of the gang rape last summer was acquitted today by the district court.
A 17-year-old girl had followed the men to a wooded area in Älvsjö south of Stockholm. Where she was invited to hashish and began to feel ill.

According to the indictment, the woman FEMALE MINOR then pushed and beaten and sexually abused by two male peers. In questioning the girl said that she was shocked and at times did not understand what happened.

The two 17 year old boys were charged with aggravated rape. A 18-year-old man was charged with complicity. All three have been in custody since September, but now freed by Södertörn District Court.

In its judgment, the court writes inter alia that it is unclear who has done what and to what extent coercion has occurred. [Comment:  if ANY coercion has occurred, it is unlawful.]

The District Court also considers that the girl was not so affected "that she was in a particularly vulnerable situation". [Not so affected?  Are you kidding me?  A minor that was given hashish before being violently sexually assaulted in a secluded area by 3 males she was in no position to challenge physically?]

- The new law on "particularly vulnerable" never tested in the judgment. The reason is that the court frees the accused arguing that the prosecution evidence about the event itself does not hold, says Metro's legal expert Stefan Wahlberg, who read the verdict.

- When it comes to one of the freed men so consider the district court did not even consider it proved that he was at the scene. As for the other two so consider the district court that it is not proven that they truly acted as the prosecution claims, he says.  [So she raped herself?]

A 19-year old man is still suspected of aggravated rape and aiding and abetting, but he has because of his mental condition has not yet been prosecuted.

If the appeal against the decision is not yet clear.

- If the goal is to appeal must therefore Appeal therefore first have a different opinion about the standard of proof regarding the event itself before it can consider whether the plaintiff was in a particularly vulnerable situation, says Stefan Wahlberg.

After the incident, the 17-year-old girl feeling very ill and had to take sedatives. She even had suicidal thoughts.

Three teens cleared of rape
Published 27 December 2013 12:21

Three young men freed by Södertörn District Court for an alleged gang rape.

According to the District Court, there were some ambiguities in the plaintiff's stories that made the suspects could be sentenced.

- I think it is a wrong judgment. I had hoped that they would be felled, says the counsel Anna Dahlbäck

The incident occurred on the evening of 29 August [2013] this year in a wooded area between Älvsjö and Solberga, south of Stockholm. A 18-year-old man and two 17 year old were charged.

According to the indictment was the abused woman affected [by drugs] when the perpetrators molested her.

- They have done it by force or coercion and by utilizing the plaintiff with respect to several different circumstances found themselves in a particularly vulnerable situation, have to prosecutor Mathias Lidberg earlier told the Expressen reporter Fredrik Lennander.

"Proper assessment of the evidence"

The three young men were acquitted of all charges.

- In my opinion it was a real assessment of the evidence, there was weak evidence, said lawyer Richard Schönmeyr, representing one of the suspects.

The legal counsel Anna Dahlbäck says she was surprised that all three were acquitted.

- It would have been extremely important to get a conviction for redress, and an acknowledgment that you believe in her. I assume that it will be appealed, she says.

Prosecutor Mathias Lidberg
has not yet decided whether he will appeal. He does not share the District Court's view that there were ambiguities in the plaintiff's story.

- I believe that she has made a credible story and that it has found support in the evidence, he says.

New law

The suspected gang rape took place after the law was amended on 1 July this year. When was the expression "helpless state" and replaced with "particularly vulnerable position".

According to the Government to legislative changes mean that more cases of sexual abuse will be punishable as rape. For instance, situations where the victim has faced the assault of inaction due to fear or intoxication could be judged as rape.

What a "particularly vulnerable position" covers are not yet developed in practice. Prosecutor Mathias Lidberg chose to hear the case, as one of the very first with the new law. He claims that the young woman was so scared and shocked that she was not able to defend himself or to scream for help.

- I mean this is attributable to that she has been in a particularly vulnerable situation, he has previously said.

Three young men accused of gang rape
Published November 28, 2013 13:57

Three young men were charged today [in relation to gang rape of] a young woman in Stockholm last summer.

The suspects have been detained for several months - two of them are minors and prosecuted now for aggravated rape.

- I consider rape as aggravated because there are several people who have abused the plaintiff, said prosecutor Mathias Lidberg.

The rough sexbrottet [sex offence] must have occurred in the evening in a wooded area between Älvsjö and Solbergavägen at the end of August.

The female victim was under [drug] affected when the perpetrators molested her.

- They have done it by force or coercion and by utilizing the plaintiff with respect to several different circumstances found themselves in a particularly vulnerable situation, says prosecutor Mathias Lidberg.
New legislation

The gang rape took place after the law was amended on 1 July this year. When was the expression "helpless state" and replaced with "particularly vulnerable position".

According to the government, the change means that more cases of sexual abuse will be punishable as rape. Examples will be situations where the victim has faced the assault of inaction due to fear or intoxication could be judged as rape.

What a "particularly vulnerable position" covers are not yet developed in practice. Prosecutor Mathias Lidberg is now considering the case as one of the very first with the new law. He claims the young woman was so scared and shocked that she was not able to defend himself or to scream for help.

- I mean this is attributable to that she had been in a particularly vulnerable situation, he says.
Detention time

The indictment accused two underage boys for aggravated rape, or attempted rape and sexual molestation. The third person is over 18 years and prosecuted for complicity in aggravated rape, alternatively, complicity to attempted aggravated rape and sexual molestation.

Two of the suspects have been detained since the beginning of September and the third was arrested in early October.

According to the indictment, it should also have been a fourth person involved in the rape.

Although he has been detained on suspicion of the crime but was released on Wednesday. He is still suspicious but his mental state means that the prosecutor believes that it is inappropriate to prosecute him now.  [What about the suicidal rape victim's state?]
Took turns

According to prosecutor Mathias Lidberg based prosecution largely on the woman's information.

- Then there are also witness statements and certain technical evidence in the form of the man emptied phones and thus have produced information about contacts. It is a mixture of text, chat and Facebook conversations that different people had, he says.

Rape should have begun with the young men repeatedly tafsade woman on her breasts and between her legs.

The fourth man will then have pushed the woman against a stone so that she struck the back. Then he will have pulled down her pants and panties and started to rape her.

The accused boys should then have been taking turns to try, or conduct, sexual intercourse with the woman. The woman has during the rape was pushed around and even got blow to the head.
Rejecting crime

The third man, who is charged with aiding, under the prosecutor encouraged the others' doings.

In addition to sexually molesting the woman he should additionally have strengthened others in their faith through the cheers and thus reinforced their numerical superiority.

The trial will begin on 3 December and is expected to last six days.

A 20-year-old man convicted of the gang rape at Älvsjö last summer is appealing to the Supreme Court.

Four young men were suspected of a rape in a wooded area in Fairfield last summer, but only the now 20-year-old man has been convicted in the District Court and Court of Appeal.

Now he complains to the Supreme Court, arguing that the girl voluntarily had sex with him.

The appeal also calls into question the reliability of the victim because she was under the influence of drugs.

gang rape
November 14, 2014

On Friday morning came the verdict against the three teenagers accused of raping a girl in the woods Älvsjö in August.

The court does not believe the woman's story about what happened in Älvsjö in late August. Three men were charged with, among other things, aggravated rape, but the District Court has now acquitted the men of all charges.

The men were charged with multiple counts of aggravated rape, attempted rape and sexual molestation. According to the woman's story, four men for several hours abusing her sexually in different ways against her will.

Ambiguities and contradictions

But the story has too many ambiguities and contradictions, according to the court, and the evidence is insufficient to convict the men. They freed because of all the charges.

The court writes that, in the case of these, [it has] not been established beyond reasonable doubt that he remained at the site. The two other acquitted on the grounds that it offers the same high standard of proof, could not be proved that they acted as prosecutor claimed, according to the judgment.

"The Court therefore found no reason to try the accused's intent or whether the victim has been in a particularly vulnerable situation under the new version of the text of the law," writes one.

A fourth young man is still suspected but could not be prosecuted because of illness, according dn.se.

"Will go through and analyze"

- It is a comprehensive investigation material that the court had to decide. I need to go through the district court considered the various factors that I argue and analyze the district court's assessment of evidence. Hereafter, I can decide whether I will appeal the verdict, says Mathias Lidberg, prosecutor at Söderorts Public Prosecution.

The prosecutor has said that there have been much forensic evidence in the form of SMS and content from social media about the incident. The men, who for the woman [is] unknown, are all punished in the past.  [As in they have criminal past convictions?]

They must have encountered each other in a wooded area and the characteristics of the Prosecutor assesses rape rough.

- She has partly been subjected to violence and coercion and partly found themselves in a particularly vulnerable situation when she's been drugged. There have also been several people on the injured party, it has been a threatening situation, and the perpetrators have been unknown to the victim, said prosecutor Mathias Lidberg to ABC earlier this fall. [ie article is saying that the victim was coerced and subjected to violence, on the one hand, and had been (or was) drugged and therefore especially vulnerable at the time, when she was also OUTNUMBERED by unknown men in a threatening situation.]

According to the indictment dared woman never call for help or to call for attention during the rape.  [She was too afraid to resist even by calling out for help, as anyone would be if they were outnumbered in a threatening situation such as this, in a wooded area, as one could easily wind up dead.  I feel so angry reading this.  This is so wrong.]

The trial began on 3 December.

The court writes that, in the case of these, not been established beyond reasonable doubt that he remained at the site. The two other acquitted on the grounds that it offers the same high standard of proof, could not be proved that they acted as prosecutor claimed, according to the judgment.

personer_nn_okanda_fyra

Three Somali teenagers indicted today for rape and abetting aggravated rape which they committed on August 29 this year. The case is likely to be the first in which the new legislation will be examined. The prosecutor refers to the victim was in a "particularly vulnerable position". A fourth former detained Somalis are released, however, still suspicious.

Case, we were the first media in Sweden have written about previously, then we found the documents in the court. Not even Flashback had written about it, but took it up in a thread a month after we wrote about it.

According to the prosecutor, Muslims have struck ... plaintiff in a wooded Älvsjö in Stockholm at the same time in different ways abused her. She was, according to the prosecutor, so scared and so vulnerable, that she was unable either to defend himself or call for assistance.

    - I consider rape as aggravated because there are several people who simultaneously or in close proximity to each other forced alternatively tried to extort sex of the victim. They have done it by force or coercion and by utilizing the plaintiff with respect to several different circumstances found themselves in a particularly vulnerable situation, says prosecutor Mathias Lidberg, reported DN.

The fourth Muslim rapist was released from custody yesterday, the three others remain. His mental condition does not allow for the prosecution of him in the present. He is still suspicious. Poor thing, a small poor unaccompanied Muslim ... not prosecuted, but that gruppvåldta a defenseless little girl he manages by. A true cosseting so you feel sick.

COMMENT

Nationality of the accused was covered up across mainstream media.

There's also one mystery accused.

Everybody's been let off, of course.  I'm beginning to think that this is pretty standard in Sweden.

Definitely doesn't sound right to me.

Prosecutor Mathias Lidberg:
does not share the District Court's view that there were ambiguities in the plaintiff's story.

- I believe that she has made a credible story and that it has found support in the evidence

OK, what's going on in Sweden?

Is Somalia of geopolitical strategic importance to Sweden (which sounds unlikely to me), or is something else at play here?

This is sickening.

No wonder the so-called 'right-wing' supporters of anti-immigration political parties are fed up in Sweden and in Europe, with their complicit society-destroying insane governments, media ... and, apparently, courts.

Is Sweden owned by Saudi Arabia or something?
