The three Australian men who paid $30,000 to avoid being jailed for the rape of a 17-year-old girl in Croatia have been identified.
Dylan Djohan, 23, Ashwin Kumar, 23, and Waleed Latif, 21, pleaded guilty to raping the Norwegian backpacker in July at a bar in Split, Croatia, The Age reports. In exchange for freedom and to avoid a trial, the men agreed with Croatian prosecutors to pay the victim $31,594 and pleaded guilty over the rape. They were then handed a one-year prison sentence, which was reduced to a five-year good behaviour bond. Days after learning he was free to return home, Mr Djohan reportedly took to social media on February 3 to announce to his followers he was returning to Melbourne. Djohan also raised the possibility of joining the 'mile-high club' with a flight attendant, according to The Age. He wrote alongside a photo of himself sitting on a wall in Dubrovnik that he had an epiphany and was told by a 'soft voice' that his purpose was to 'bed heavenly blessed beauties'. Djohan also regularly spoke of his body building on social media. "4 days into my Adonis shred and these cuts are coming in deeper than the Baltic seas. My gift from the gods was this blessed block of heathen marble ... My curse from the gods is that I must sculpt it with my bare hands," he said. All three men are believed to have deactivated their Facebook accounts since returning home. The men, who were on bail and free to roam Croatia, may have faced 15 years in jail had a deal not been finalised between their lawyers and Croatian prosecutors. The good behaviour bond is enforceable in Europe but not Australia. The men are believed to have returned home on Sunday after spending almost seven months in Croatia awaiting trial for the rape. Police seized their passports in July last year after the 17-year-old told officers the trio had tried to gang rape her in the toilet of the Tropic nightclub in Split at about 1.30am on July 16 last year. The court heard that the men had been drinking at the beach-side nightspot with the girl when one led the 17-year-old to the men's bathroom before the other two joined them and started assaulting her. The girl was able to fight them off at the last moment but not before the three left forensic evidence to tie them to the assault. Three semen samples were found on her clothing, with two of the accused men claiming they had consensual sex with the woman and the other denying any interaction her. Security or staff from the club did not report the incident on the night. Witness statements are said to have supported the Australians' version of events and the prosecutors case against the three men was reportedly weak. Sanja Sarnavka, a women's rights campaigner in Croatia, said the prosecutor should not have allowed a financial settlement for a rape charge. 'If they can afford it, those who are indicted will pay for the best lawyers, pay the damages and receive a minimum sentence or even go free,' she told local media. 'In a democratic state, everyone should have the same treatment, regardless of their wealth or assets.' HORRIFIC footage has emerged of a group of young men, including five migrants, laughing, dancing and singing in Arabic as they gang rape an unconscious 17-year-old girl.

Women must obey men." The shocking assault happened in November but was only discovered this week by a teacher at a school in Ostend, Belgium. A police probe was launched after a 14-year-old boy at the Ostend Technical Institute bragged about a photo of himself dressed in military fatigues and holding a sub-machine gun. Cops later discovered the shocking video on his phone — believed to have been filmed by the boy — of the suspects raping the victim before dancing around her, the country's Het Laatste Nieuws site reported. Police yesterday revealed that seven males aged between 14 and 25 were involved in the attack, including five Iraqis. Two had just arrived in the country and were in the process of seeking asylum when the gang rape took place. Two of the attackers were Belgian nationals. The video shows them pull down the victim's trousers, sexually assault her and rape her. It was revealed she later took a taxi home and did not tell police. When she eventually spoke to cops this week she could not remember what happened. It was reported that during police interrogations only the eldest suspect denied rape, while the others admitted having sex with the girl and even suggested gang rape was normal in other parts of the world. One claimed the girl had consented, but footage showed she was unconscious. Four men have been put in jail over the attack while the three minors are in a youth detention centre, according to reports in the country. Local mayor Johan Vande Lanotte said yesterday: "It's obvious some newcomers have a cultural problem about relations between men and women. "We must stay alert and explain our basic values to them and what they cannot do." Meanwhile Theo Francken, Belgium's minister for asylum and immigration, said: "Rapists won't be given asylum. Six young immigrants, all the difficult to pronounce name, was convicted in Solna District Court for the rape of a small 15-year-old girl in a locked room. The penalties were a few hours of youth service and little care, as usual. All the immigrants took turns to rape her. The six teenage boys have now been freed on Appeal. You do not think this is true when you read it. The reported gang rape took place in a youth party in an apartment in an immigrant area Tensta in Stockholm in March this year. According to the district court six teenage boys took turns to molest the girl. Shortly after the incident arrested eight boys and six of them were prosecuted. In June Solna District Court sentenced all six, who were between 15 and 16 years of age when the crime was committed, to the youth. Five of them for rape and one of them for attempted rape. The judgment was appealed and now the Svea Court of Appeal has fallen. And all six acquitted. The prosecutor wanted secondarily see them convicted of sexual molestation, but also on the point acquitted the youth. The district court considered the girl's story entirely credible, while the boys' [stories] felt less credible because their stories were changed. Initially, several of the boys denied even having been at the party in the apartment during the evening rapes should have taken place. Svea Court of Appeal, however, make another assessment and argues that it is understandable that the boys initially lied because they were afraid to be accused of something after one of the boys arrested. You do indeed, like the District Court, that the girl's story is credible but believes that there are factors to be taken into account. Among other things, that the events must have occurred in a dark room and that her ability to make 'absolutely reliable observations "must therefore have been reduced, and that it must have been difficult for the girl to have a clear recollection of the evening because so many passed in and out of the room. Court of Appeal wrote in the judgment that the girl "may well be said to have been in a very precarious situation," but it can not establish beyond reasonable doubt that she has been in a state of helplessness "in the narrow sense of this term considered to have". You do not think it's true what they read in Aftonbladet. This is Swedish Donald Duck court in a nutshell. Scandal, and a terrible DOGMATISM. Will immigrant youth now feel offended and get compensation for the District Court? Solna District Court sentenced, and the Svea Court of Appeal acquitted Amer Akrem Abdu Attorney fees in the district court: About 1.5 million. Court of Appeals: 600 000 SEK. Taxpayers pay. Damages: Each one should pay 55,000 SEK each to the victim. From the District Court judgment: Mehmet has been deemed unfit to be sentenced to a young offenders when the family are homeless. The district court found that the crimes for a 15-year-old has a penalty of nine months in prison, while for a 16-year-old has a staff value of 12 months' imprisonment (Youth care? Ed note.). Mehmet's penalty was taken into account that he has been "hung out on the Internet with the picture" (see top), then he says he has not dared to go to school or go out in the evenings. Sweden police warnings concerning rape do not lead the reasonable man (without an agenda) to then give thought to trite comments about 'consent' and 'no men are born to be rapists' homilies. The part about the PREDATORS' (referred to as 'perpetrators') attitude to sex and sexual abuse being 'very distorted' makes it sound like the SEXUAL PREDATORS THAT HUNT IN PACKS & GANG RAPE GIRLS AND WOMEN in their HOST COUNTRIES just need a little counselling to straighten out their misapprehensions. The anti-sex abuse activist is also quoted as saying: But the compassion is misplaced and the predators may as well be born rapists, when there is clearly a pattern of immigrant propensity to rape (and a common pattern of gang rape attacks) abundantly displayed among that demographic, which common pattern quite probably arises from ingrained and common (shared) cultural features.
Got to love the Israelis. That's over 5,000 years of civilisation. They're not fools. They're shipping their problems to the least dignified and most embarrassing Western shills for destruction of their own nation, wholeheartedly in favour of abasing themselves in service of corporate imperialism, like no other on the planet: Sweden. Germany is probably a close second, but it's hard to say who wins the abasement title, after Mutti Merkel's 'open house Europe' announcement, that preceded the Unstoppable (& Well Organised) Great Third World Migration to Europe. Not sure what the Israeli rape by foreigner statistics are, but I'm betting that they're very small. Israelis all serve in the army and I think they also have reservists. By the look of the Israelis everybody has a gun and knows how to use one. But Israelis probably don't even need guns. Despite the weird outfits, those Hasidic dudes aren't pussies, either, and are more than capable of sorting out any problems in their neighbourhoods. Europeans? Not so much. Hey, Europe, perhaps this is the answer to all your problems? Nah, not the funny fur hats. Guns. Seriously. Guns. In well-organised and cohesive societies where everyone does national service, everyone continues to participate in military reserves, everyone knows how to use weapons and everyone has access to weapons, there's bound to be fewer rapes and trouble-makers ... and less expenditure pursuing convictions in courts of law and on incarceration. So this sounds like a very useful civic security model to implement. Getting back to the AFP article that brought up the subject of consent, consent is immaterial to rapists who know right from wrong, but choose to commit atrocities upon European girls and women because they want to, they can and they have nothing to fear. The final part of that equation is significant. European girls and women continue to be ABUSED & RAPED WHOLESALE and the predatory perpetrators of sexual assaults and rapes aren't remotely interested in limits or consent. Rape is the point. Of course, 'feminist foreign policy' Sweden has plenty of pussy and no balls, so Sweden's not going to enforce, say, a 35-year stretch in prison followed by instant deportation or death penalty by bullet to the base of the skull, immediately upon conviction. Hence there's no motivation to avoid undesirable consequences. Consequences? There aren't any. AFP (Agence France-Presse), the producers of the article that was published in Breitbart (& various news outlets in 2013), has introduced what I consider irrelevant material that muddies the waters and potentially confuses an uninformed public. Breitbart must also be what they call 'cucks' (or near enough to it), when they're printing that AFP nonsense. Going by what the fellow that's quoted says, you'd think that gang rape by six predatory (and often violent) foreigners is some kind of 'misunderstanding' and that there really isn't a massive camel in the room. Most likely, it's French government AFP's contribution to muddying the waters and confusing the uninformed, in service of the EU-NATO Corporate Rule Agenda -- as well as maybe a: please don't riot in our suburbs bit of PR on behalf of Sweden, France, Germany and the rest of headed-for-sharia Western Europe. Rather than conveying to readers the true extent and sheer horror of the rape and gang-rape-by-immigrant ongoing epidemic in Europe, AFP (the voice of French government serving corporate imperialism, EU and NATO interests), basically issued a Swedish police spin-doctoring flyer passing off what is a f*cked up beyond all recognition MASSIVE rape and gang rape by FOREIGNER problem, as something of a juvenile pervy smartphone sex caper, thereby lulling an an unfocused and unaware public into a false sense of security (contrary to public interest):
So AFP is basically the voice of the French government and is subsidised by the government, by way of loophole. No idea if there's been any transfer to outside interests.
