Ms Xhaferi planned on investigating police reports that any officer trying to patrol the Stockholm district of Tensta – with its foreign born population now over 70 per cent – would be pelted with rocks. She wanted to get behind the black headlines and find out what was really troubling the poor residents. [ ... ] But as they waited, another man, who appeared to be upset, approach to ask why they were filming. He went away only to return with his gang. “Then he became very, very angry and said he’ll get stones and show us what stoning is. When I saw that he was armed with a stone I just wanted to get out of there,” said Ms Xhaferi. At this point three more men appeared from a subway and demanded to know what they were doing. The camera was recording, and captured the moment the men kicked the equipment to the floor, shouted insults at Ms. Xhaferi and poured coffee on the cameraman before running off. “It was impossible to calm them down. I pulled back and tried to calm down everyone, while trying to get my colleague and myself out of there. Police estimate that there are around 55 such areas in Sweden similar to the Tensta no go zone, which was the site of a riot in 2012, and which boasts a 95-100 per cent foreign origin rate for children living there. French investigators believe the documents found on the remains of one of the three jihadists who died outside the Stade de France may actually have belonged to a loyalist Syrian regime soldier killed several months ago, the AFP news agency said. Forgers in the Middle East are offering fake Syrian passports, ID cards or birth certificates for as little as £165. In September, Mail Online journalist Nick Fagge obtained for £1,300 the same forged Syrian passports being used by IS fighters to trick the authorities into believing they are asylum seekers. And just this week a Guardian journalist in Iraqi Kurdistan was offered fake Syrian passports by two separate smuggling rings. Suspected suicide bomber Almohammad reached Greece after crossing the Aegean from Turkey on a raft with 198 migrants. There's the Federal Reserve's plan to raise interest rates -- which poses a deep test to economies worldwide. There's Europe's migration crisis. And not to be forgotten is Britain's threat to leave the eurozone when the region's economy is already frail. That's all on top of slow global economic growth and climate change. In an interview with AFP, Obstfeld, an economic advisor to US President Barack Obama before being named to the IMF, spoke of a "nightmare scenario" in which various pressures conspire to weaken the economic bonds of Europe. "I worry a lot about the strong trend in Europe to pull back from market integration," he said. "One factor is the refugee crisis, where there's a lot of pressure on open borders and workers' mobility," he added. "There is a lot of political pressure coming from the extremes, which could undo a lot of the economic integration that has occurred." Speaking in his IMF office just a few blocks from the White House, Obstfeld, 63, said other pressures were also stressing the 28-country EU bloc. "Another obvious one is Britain wanting to possibly leave the European Union," he said, raising the "Brexit" issue that is increasingly making headlines in Europe. With an upcoming global summit in Paris on action against warming, Obstfeld said countries need to understand it is a collective action problem. If it isn't solved, he said, warming "can threaten their population and impose macroeconomic risks." The focus of the COP21 summit is obtaining pledges for carbon emissions. Obstfeld said limits can have adverse effects for some industries. But, for one, many industries essentially get a subsidy by being able to pollute without paying for it, he added. In addition, he said, implementing carbon dioxide limits "stimulates a lot of innovation and a lot of investment."  He said incentives need to be changed to favor emissions reduction, including essentially putting a tax on carbon. That "would be the most efficient way to reduce emissions at the lowest cost," he said. "Unfortunately, many countries, especially the United States, don't want to put in taxes. This year there have been almost 1,600 cases of sexual assault involving under 18s in Stockholm alone, up from 1301 the previous year, according to official figures. The number of cases that made it to court in the country as a whole where the victims were 15 to 17-years-old almost doubled to 466 from 2011 to 2012. A ‘distorted’ attitude to sex Sweden has one of the highest rates of reported rape in Europe but police say that can be attributed to a greater willingness to report attacks in recent years. However Winsnes and others argue that the figures only reveal part of the picture. They say the attackers often manipulate and threaten younger girls into participating in sex acts and once they are filmed they have control over them. “It is very widespread and the majority (of victims) are young girls. Their (perpetrators) attitude to sex, sexual abuse, what is right or not, is unfortunately very distorted,” said Sanna Bergendahl at Storasyster, a local group working against sexual violence and abuse. “Many have some kind of idea of how a ‘real’ rape should look like, that it has to be violent to count as rape.” Nonetheless, not everyone agrees that Sweden has a growing problem. Per Ullholm, a sex educator at the sexual health association RFSU, said he had not seen “any dramatic change in attitudes towards sexual violence among teenagers,” but added that it was important to discuss limits and seek consent before sex. The judgment was appealed and now the Svea Court of Appeal has fallen. And all six acquitted. The prosecutor wanted secondarily see them convicted of sexual molestation, but also on the point acquitted the youth. The district court considered the girl's story entirely credible, while the boys' [stories] felt less credible because their stories were changed. Initially, several of the boys denied even having been at the party in the apartment during the evening rapes should have taken place. Svea Court of Appeal, however, make another assessment and argues that it is understandable that the boys initially lied because they were afraid to be accused of something after one of the boys arrested. You do indeed, like the District Court, that the girl's story is credible but believes that there are factors to be taken into account.  Among other things, that the events must have occurred in a dark room and that her ability to make 'absolutely reliable observations "must therefore have been reduced, and that it must have been difficult for the girl to have a clear recollection of the evening because so many passed in and out of the room. Court of Appeal wrote in the judgment that the girl "may well be said to have been in a very precarious situation," but it can not establish beyond reasonable doubt that she has been in a state of helplessness "in the narrow sense of this term considered to have". According to ministry figures, a total of 2,612 migrants willfully left Israel in 2013, of these 1,955 were from Sudan and 461 from Eritrea. The ministry said that in 2012, the number was a total of 461, out of a total of around 54,000 African migrants that are in Israel, according to government figures. The NGO ASSAF, which works with African asylum seekers in Israel, said that they took a role in the process as well, and that the Israeli government was not part of the initiative. Michal Pinchuk, the Executive Director of ASSAF said Tuesday that a Swedish government delegation was recently in Israel and met with them and other NGOs and African migrants, including women who she said were trafficked to Israel and had gone through torture in Sinai. Pinchuk said these women were not given assistance by Israel, and that her organization helped find a group of these women to sign up for the resettlement. She said a number of the women left Israel for Sweden from the Saharonim prison in Israel's south, where they were being held. She added that Interior Minister Gideon Sa'ar gave the approval for them to leave for Sweden. “As an Israeli I am embarrassed that my country avoided providing support to the victims of torture.
